How information shared through this website is handled. Please read before submitting an inquiry.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form helps you prepare an email to Insight & Evidence. It asks for your name, email, organization and the nature of your inquiry. Preparing a draft does not send the inquiry; you review and send it through your own email application.
Meeting requests
Booking a call saves your name, email, organization, discussion topic and preferred time privately with I&E. These details are used to review your request and arrange the meeting. Requests are subject to the founder’s confirmation or an alternative proposed by email. Google Calendar creates a provisional invitation and Google Meet link; Gmail sends the founder a notification with your email as the reply address.
How your inquiry is used
Information you send is used to respond to your question, assess collaboration fit and communicate with you about the opportunity you raised. It is not used to publish a testimonial or imply your organization is an I&E partner.
No sensitive health information
Do not submit patient information, personal health information or confidential datasets. Appropriate arrangements must be agreed before any sensitive information is considered.
Storage and third parties
The email-draft inquiry form does not save entries. Meeting requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and shared with Google Calendar and Gmail to arrange the call. Visitors cannot view other requests or private calendar details. The website does not install analytics trackers. Emails you choose to send are handled by your email provider and the founder’s Gmail service. The hosting service may process technical request information to operate the website. External source links have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you have sent, or ask I&E not to contact you further, by emailing insightandevidence@gmail.com. Retention will be assessed against the inquiry purpose and applicable obligations.
